Have you ever wondered what to do with your old motorcycle parts? Keep them or discard them?

Read on to know how you can modify your old Bike parts and leave them looking trendy and stylish.

1. Grab Rail

The grab rail is a simple rod positioned at the rear end of the seat, for the comfort of the Pillion rider, so that he can hold and stay safe or mark the end of the Motorcycle seat. If you have replaced this part on your bike or have entirely removed it to give a sleek look, then it can be fastened beside your motorcycle headlight as shown. It not just adds an aesthetic value, but also protects your motorcycle headlamp.

2. Engine Head/Cylinder Head

Engine head, as the name suggests is the top portion of the engine, which covers the cylinder block. It covers  the cylinder block to form the combustion chamber. Old or discarded engine heads can be used as shown in the pictures to look like a modified engine on your motorcycle. Though there is no functional aspect of salvaged engine head in the motorcycle, it adds to the appeal of the bike, giving it a hunky look.

EngineMod3. Leg Guard/Crash Bar

Bored with the present leg guard on your bike? Have a damaged leg guard on your bike?

Leg guard/ Crash bar are used on the front of the motorcycle to protect the motorcycle. They provide protection to the engine and bike’s body in case of a random drop or a crash. Additionally, it prevents fatal contact between the Rider’s and Bike’s body in case of a crash or a simply drop

You can always modify your present leg guard to be used on other parts of your bike, as shown in the picture
